Production Methods: Traditional method. The grapes are gently pressed. Vinification is made separately by plot, to respect of the terroir. Malolactic fermentation, light filtration. Low dosage. Thermoregulated in stainless steel tanks in dark Oiry cellar. Blend of 50% old vintage and 50% reserve wine. Aged on “lattes” for 3 years.
Special Features: Hand-harvested with the best grape selection from each plot. Plot exposure: South, South-East. the land is farmed using a system of conservation cultivation to respect the terroir and preserve the environment. Pruning with very precise rules to limit the yield. Premier Cru classification.

Nose: Delicate, fresh, and expressive with walnuts, white peach and green almond aromas
Palate: Elegant and complex. Fine bubbles, well integrated. Golden apple, citrus fruit, walnut and biscuit aromas
Length/Finish: Long, ample, harmonious with a fresh finish
