Production Methods: Harvested by hand with selection of best grapes on table. After a short maceration, the wine is vinified in an air-free environment before being aged on lees for four months with regular stirring (bâtonnage) to gain its full body and roundness. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Special Features: In the family since the 19th century. Farming in respect of environment with low human intervention. Surface: 2.5 hectares with a production of only 9000 bottles per year.

Colour: Pale gold with green hints.

Nose: Typical Sauvignon, grassy and citrus.

Palate: Fresh attack, citrus, blackcurrant leaves with a well-balanced acidity.

Length/Finish: Ample, long and zingy.
