Production Methods: Harvested by hand with selection of best grapes on table. After a short maceration, the wine is vinified in an air-free environment before being aged on lees for four months with regular stirring (bâtonnage) to gain its full body and roundness. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Special Features: In the family since the 19th century. Farming in respect of environment with low human intervention. Surface: 2.5 hectares with a production of only 9000 bottles per year.
