Production Methods: Harvest with selection and de-stemming on tables. Cold pre-fermentation maceration to preserve all the aromas. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks with temperature control and pumping over with regular oxygenation. Wine aged in stainless steel tank. No oak.

Special Features: In the family from the 19th century. Farming in respect of environment with low human intervention. Only 35,000 bottles are produced each year.
