Production Methods: Manually harvested, the full grape bunches undergo traditional carbonic maceration for 12 days at 19°C. After pressing the wine is aged in barrels for 10 weeks. There is no addition of sulphites before bottling. The winemaking process is entirely free of chemicals at any stage.

Special Features: Owned by the Bodillard Family for several generations with a continuing and profound respect to the cultivation traditions. 3B, means Bodillard Biological (organic) Beaujolais.
