Production Methods: Systematic de-stemming, pneumatic pressing with separation of the pressed grapes, fermentation at low temperature, constant monitoring by an oenologist.

Special Features: Terroir formed by a large terrace with Quartz rolled pebbles from ancestral sediment of the Rhone and Durance river. These pebbles return the heat collected by the sun during the night. Sun balanced by the marine wind from the Mediterranean Sea which provides perfect conditions for each cycle of the vines.
