Husband and wife team Hugo and Celeste both trained as winemakers in Stellenbosch, before gaining valuable experience at home and abroad, including a stint in Pomerol. Their love of the art of winemaking is evident in every bottle of their signature wines where they have captured the essence of the varietal in a fresh and easy elegance. Decomposed granite soils and a selection of plots on mountain slopes and flat planes provides the perfect environment for their Chenin Blanc, Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Work in the cellars is meticulous with a deep understanding of barrel aging to ensure the perfect balance.
