Ernest and Ivana Tolj took on the world of wine when they made a commitment back in 2007, not only to make wine using indigenous grapes, in the slopes surrounding their Croatian home, but also to make it wine that was worthy of world recognition. They believed so strongly in the project that they were able to attract the interest of one of the world's most famous wine consultants, Michel Rolland, who came and saw and fell in love. The resulting wines are a testament to both talent and terroir, and without a doubt, up there with some of the world's finest.
