The winery is run by the Cecchetto brothers, Simone, Alessio and Fabio, the third generation of a family to farm their vineyards on the edge of the Dolomites, where it meets the Venice Lagoon meets. While the brothers have embraced innovation in the winery, they are currently working to bring back 15 hectares of vines to the ancient Bellussera system, to preserve the history of their roots. The soil is clayey, sandy and rich in organic substance, work on the vines is meticulous and grapes are regularly analysed and only hand harvested when perfectly ripe.
