Sonia Raimbault is the 13th generation of her family vineyards on the slopes of AOC Coteaux du Giennois, AOC Menetou-Salon slopes and Sancerre in the Central Loire valley. Chalky soil with the regional white stones provide the perfect conditions for Sauvignon Blanc, used to make these stylish white wines, as well as the Pinot Noir used to make her elegant Rosé. Traditional methods and fermentation at low temperatures create wines that are fresh and fruit driven, with all the personality of the grower.
