Jean-Pierre Guyon has been honing his craft, producing organic, biodynamic wines that are personality-driven and fruit-forward. He cares for the vines with meticulous attention to detail - encouraging their natural defences while following the rhythms of nature, including lunar cycles. Careful practices such as late pruning, shallow soil ploughing, bud thinning, and canopy management are used to ensure healthy, well-ventilated vines.

Jean-Pierre has a stellar background in viticulture which serves him well at every stage of the game. The ripeness of the grape stalks at harvest means he does not add sulphur at this stage, he also uses a vertical press before barrelling the juice for 12 months, then racking it into older wood for a further, final six months. Extremely good value for wines of this calibre, and we are pleased to offer a selection of highly sought after vintages.
