Small, family run vineyard covering 7.5 hectares on the sought after slopes surrounding Sancerre, in the Loire Valley. A mix of silex, clay, chalk and limestone plots allow Karine Millet and Gaël, to create wines that fulfil all expectations of what a Sancerre should be. The vineyard is scattered with white Kimmeridian limestone pebbles that provide excellent filtering properties, allowing the vines to draw water in depth and the steep slopes allow for optimal hours of sunshine. Each plot is harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately - to produce complex, multi-layered wines of exceptional mouthfeel, texture, freshness and overall quality.
