Domaine Chauveau has been in the same family since the 19th century and covers 1.5 hectares in Pouilly Fumé, where the family's multiple awards say something about the quality of their work and their passion for winemaking. Very small production of only around 8000 bottles per year, and the attention to detail at every step is evident on the first sip. The siliceous and clay soils offer the perfect environment for Sauvignon blanc, with enough richness and minerality to provide wines of complexity and style.
