What truly sets Dellavalle apart is its unique approach to aging grappa. Their flagship grappa is matured for 10 years in carefully selected oak barrels that once held Marsala, Port, Whiskey, Picolit, and Rum. This exclusive method, developed by the family, allows the spirit to absorb subtle aromas from the seasoned wood, resulting in exceptional complexity, depth, and character.

In addition to their renowned grappas, the family also produces an exquisite Limoncino, made from organically grown lemons cultivated on their own estate.
