Four generations of the Delpech family have farmed their 15 hectares in AOC Cahors, working with 100% Malbec grown on a chalky-clay soil in the Lot, half way between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. Cultivation conservation - with grass grown on alternate rows, no chemical fertilisers, pesticides or insecticides. Pruning is carried out according to the lunar calender and grapes hand harvested at optimum ripeness and sorted on tables. A vineyard that has all the presence and confidence provided by the past, while making wines that are very much of our time.
