Château Pavillon Rocher

Château Pavillon Rocher

France

The name Rocher comes from an alliance between the ancestors of the Monteil family and the de Rocher family, who have been present at this site since the fifteenth century.

Currently in the capable hands of Jérôme and Béatrice de Monteil, who have made numerous investments in both the vineyard and cellar of the last 15 years, and worked in collaboration with celebrated oenologist Thomas Duclos wine consultant Hervé Briane.

The estate consists of 14 ha of vines, 9 in the St Emilion Grand Cru appellation planted with the grape varieties synonymous with the right bank of Bordeaux: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The farm has been certified Organic Agriculture since 2022, and labeled HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) since 2019.
