The Palmisano family work with wines between 50 and 70-years old, using the sapling and espalier system, to create fruit-forward wines of depth and intensity, character and style. Located in Salento, Puglia, the vineyard has been in the same family for generations, and the tradition is set to continue. The distinctive red, brown clay contains finer calcareous and rocky sea alluvions, providing structure and drainage to the vines.
