Production Methods: Three harvest rounds by hand only on cool days with selection of the grapes with best maturity, gentle pressing immediately after harvest. Fermentation and temperature control on lees. Bottling in February in order to maintain natural carbonic acid.
Special Features: Fourth generation of the same family using natural wine growing techniques. Vines on slopes with optimum exposure at the beginning of the distinctive climate of the Kamptal valley. Three to five grapes by vine.

Nose: White pepper and fresh apples and pears
Palate: Lively and mineral, peach vines, citrus and grapefruit aromas with expression of green bean, estragon and asparagus
Length/Finish: Complex tropical fruits with a fresh peppery and blond tobacco finish
