Production Methods: Produced from a meticulous selection of grapes from the most limestone-rich parcel of Finca La Revilla, chosen for its exceptional expression of the estate's high-altitude terroir. Following harvest, the grapes undergo a short pre-fermentative maceration to preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Fermentation employs a gentle, infusion-led extraction approach, with only one or two daily pump-overs and a délestage at the optimal stage. Post-fermentative maceration is determined through continuous tasting to ensure balance and tannin refinement. The wine is aged for approximately 17 months in fine-grained French oak barrels (400 and 500 litres), predominantly second- and third-fill, with a small proportion of new oak. This ageing enhances complexity and texture while preserving fruit purity and the distinctive mineral character of the limestone soils.
