Production Methods: The harvest is carried out by hand and the grapes are transported in crates. The winemaking process remains traditional and adapted to each vintage in order to preserve all the qualities specific to each year. Aged in oak barrels for approximately 12 months and these are renewed every 3 years. Bottling generally takes place between the fifteenth and twentieth month following the harvest.
Special Features: The practice of sustainable cultivation used, soil is mechanically weeded and the manure is composed mainly of organic cattle manure compost.

Nose: Aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant and cherry) dominate, the delicate violet brings a pleasant touch, the aromas of spices and undergrowth are present.
