Production Methods: The grapes are manually collected with a double sorting of the bunches in the field and in the cellar. They are then introduced into steel tanks through gravity and vinified at a controlled temperature of 25/28°C. For a period varying from fifteen to twenty days, the alcoholic fermentation and the maceration of the skins take place, with gentle punch-downs. After malolactic fermentation in steel, a period of ageing in wood follows. Maturation and ageing: Eight-month period in French oak barriques followed by six months in 25 hectolitre French oak cask.

Colour: Bright ruby red.
Nose: Delicate and complex: the notes of ripe fruit, cherry and violet stand out, in perfect harmony with spicy and slightly toasted hints.
Palate: Vibrant and enveloping, with soft tannins that enhance the aromas, with persistence and elegance.
Length/Finish: Rich in scents of currants, berries and tobacco.
