Production Methods: 100% destemming. Conical oak vat. Cold pre fermentation. 2 week fermentation period. No temperature control. Pumping over. Long natural settling. Aging in 228L Oak barrel of 2nd and 3rd year. Natural clarification by gravity.

Special Features: Only 2 Hectares of vines planted in 2001 on 12 terraces at 240 to 300 metres above sea level ih 6 rows of 250 meters, on virgin soil which had been abandoned until 2001. Low yield 25 hl/hect. Traditional viticulture with labour by hand. Harvest on picking with a strict selection on the vines then on table.
