Production Methods: Harvest at optimal maturity. Traditional vinification. Pre-fermentation with cold maceration at 8 degrees for 4 days. Natural yeasts. Pumping over performed. Temperature controlled fermentation tanks. 3 years in French oak barrels with only 1/3 of new oak barrel.

Special Features: 5th Generation wine makers. Vines on slopes. Traditional Viniculture. Reasonable viticulture. No chemicals used. Hand harvest with selection in the field and sorting tables.
