Production Methods: The grapes are harvested in September, when fully ripe. After pressing, they are put into stainless steel vats, where fermentation will last around 10 days. Once fermentation is over, the wine is matured in French oak barrels before bottling.

Special Features: The vines are looked after through meticulous work throughout the seasons. With particular importance given to nature and its protection, the winery is committed to a sustainable viticulture approach recognized by obtaining the HVE (High Environmental Value level 3) label.
