Production Methods: Traditional methods of production are used in the winery. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeast under temperature-controlled tanks with a 30-day maceration period. Once the vinification is completed, 100% of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Followed by 12 months in bottle before release.
Special Features: Selection of the best grapes from a terroir with a density of 4000 plants per hectare and a yield of 35 hectolitre per hectare. Harvesting is performed manually, and the grapes are transported in small 20kg trays to the cellar in order not to damage them. Pressing is exclusively performed by a hydraulic press.
