Production Methods: Ancestral methods in respect of the soil and environment. Harvest by hand with selection of grapes. Separate vinification for each parcel of vines. Clarification with egg white. Traditional filtration. No oak. Bottling in March/April.

Special Features: The main objective is to ensure that the character of each terroir is fully respected in all their wines. This cuvée tradition is from grapes grown only in the Caillottes terroir.

Nose: Very floral nose, white flowers, blackcurrant leaves

Palate: Elegant complexity of white flowers and citrus fruits aromas with a well-balanced acidity
