Production Methods: Grapes are harvested at full ripeness, typically from late August to mid-September, with careful selection to ensure optimal quality. The bunches are gently pressed, and the must undergoes a 10-day maceration in stainless steel tanks before cold settling and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit character. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for several months, enhancing texture and complexity while maintaining its pure, unoaked style, before bottling.
