Production Methods: Harvested by hand. Selection of grapes on table. Systematic destemming. Maceration 21 to 28 days. Controlled temperature. Frequent pumping over for the extraction of tannins and aromas. 33% ageing in new barrels. Light filtration by drawing off.
Special Features: Density of 5,500 vine per hectare. Yield of 38 hectolitres per hectare. Green harvest. Grapes selected on the table to keep only the finest. The best of 8 hectares vines (30,000 bottles). A “second wine” is made with the rest of the production.

Nose: Superb, wild raspberries, griottes (small wild cherry) character
Palate: Elegant well balanced, ripe red wild fruits aromas, raspberries, prunes with a nice chocolate and leather touch
