Boutique Grappa distilled in Piemonte from 100% Barbera, sourced from 30-year-old vines on a single plot within a premier Monferrato vineyard. Only the finest grape skins are selected.

Distilled using only the head cut to preserve the purity and aromatic complexity of the grape. Aged for 13 years in barrels that were previously used for aging Bowmore and Glen Scotia whiskeys, adding depth and subtle peated nuance. 

This exceptional Grappa comes in an elegant presentation box which contains detailed notes on the inside.
