Grappa obtained from small winegrowers – Crafted from 100% Barbera grapes grown on 30-year-old vines in a select Monferrato vineyard. Only the highest quality grape skins from a single plot are used.

Distilled with precision, keeping only the head cut to retain the grape’s aromatic integrity. Aged for 13 years in barrels that were previously used for aging Demerera Rum, imparting depth, warmth, and subtle tropical notes.

This exceptional Grappa comes in an elegant presentation box which contains detailed notes on the inside.

Rich golden colour with refined aromas of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and layered, offering depth and complexity, leading to a long, indulgent finish.
