Production Methods: Grapes are hand harvested into 22kg boxes, then carefully crushed and pressed to obtain a clean must. The must is decanted into cold tanks and the clean must fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures over a long period of time to obtain a better expression of the aromas and flavours or the terroir.. Aged in stainless steel vats. Before bottling the wine undergoes careful filtration and stabilisation.
Special Features: Exceptional terroir in organic conversion. No use of chemical Hand selected and picked grapes.
