Production Methods: Grapes are harvested by hand and carried in small crates, the grapes are handled with extreme care. A pneumatic press is used resulting in a pure, clear and very fruity juice. The « prise de mousse » (literally foam creation) and the ageing on its lees of 36 months take place in the Château.
Special Features: Vinified using traditional Crémant methods to produce fine and delicate bubbles. Second fermentation in bottle with time spent on lattes, followed by stirring and disgorgement.
