Production Methods: Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Aged 13 months: 75% aged in new casks, 25% in 1-year-old casks.
Special Features: Only 3.2 hectares, between 6,500 and 9,000 vines per hectare. Vines on south east facing, granite terraces above the Rhone River. Low soil coverage of approximately 50 to 75 cm. All faming by hand including the use of horses to work the terraces.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark ruby
Nose: Elegant with well-integrated oak. Full of red fruits and spices. followed by some cassis and blueberry fruit
Palate: Rich and savoury, blackcurrant and blueberry fruits aromas and spices
Length/Finish: Well balanced with a long, pleasant finish, ripe tannins, and superb acidity balance
Alcohol: 14%
Sulphites: Low
