Production Methods: Terroir comprising large terraces with quartz rolled pebbles from ancestral sediment of the Rhone and Durance river. These pebbles return the heat collected from the sun during the day during the night. The heat is balanced by the marine wind from the Mediterranean Sea which provides perfect conditions for each cycle of the vines.

Special Features: Harvest selected on table before fermentation with skin contact. Rosé by saignée method with traditional temperature control to keep all the natural fruits aromas. No oak.
