Production Methods: Grapes have 90-120 days drying time. 30-40 days fermentation at 15 degrees. Stopped when the content of natural sugar is close to 100 g/l. Maturation in barrels and barriques for a period of 3 years + 1 year in bottle.
Special Features: Special sweet wine made with dried grapes. Usually harvested in late September and dried in wooden 5kg crates in drying rooms until March. Grapes lose part of the water and concentrated sugars, tannins and minerals so wine is naturally concentrated.

Nose: Forest black fruits, dark cherries and blackcurrant, dark chocolate, notes of walnut and hazelnut with spicy notes of clove and nutmeg with balsamic finish sensation of mint and rhubarb
Palate: Sweet, balanced, smooth, long persistent finish
