Production Methods: Traditional methods including slow pressing with a pneumatic press. Natural yeasts used. 8 hours of skin contact maceration. 100% fermentation at a temperature controlled at 14 -16 C in stainless steel tanks. Aged in vats at low temperatures to preserve the aromas. No oak.
Special Features: Plots at 1200 meters above the sea. Low yield of 40hl/ha. Only using organic treatment. Harvest manually with selection of grapes during the harvest and on table before pressing in order to use only grapes in perfect condition.
