Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, founded in 1729. The Brut NV is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across Champagne.
Fresh and balanced, with ripe stone fruit, floral and biscuity notes. The palate is harmonious and rounded, with a long, elegant finish.

Production Methods: Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their purity. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and matures on its lees for a minimum of 36 months, ensuring complexity, fine bubbles, and a silky texture.
