Production Methods: Blend of approximately 30 crus. 25% reserve wines are used to produce this cuvée. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperature, with each variety and village kept separate. All wines undergo malolactic fermentation. Bottled for secondary fermentation, they mature in our cool underground cellars, with hand riddling, disgorging, and dosage. Aging: Minimum of 3 years on lees
