Production Methods: Traditional methods of production are used in the winery. Fermentation is carried out using natural yeasts and temperature controlled tanks with a long maceration period. Pressing exclusively performed by hydraulic press. Once the vinification is completed, part of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Special Features: A density of 4,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 45 hectolitre per hectare. Harvesting is performed manually, and the grapes are transformed in small trays to the cellar in order not to damage them.
