Production Methods: Traditional vinification with wine aged for between 10 and 24 months in 228 litre French oak barriques - according to the vintage. Grapes are selected from special plots in Pommard.
Special Features: Traditional viticulture. Grapes are harvested by hand in full ripeness with selection of grapes. Sorting tables used. Vines are not chemically weeded but ploughed. No use of chemical treatments or insecticides.
