Sandra de Giusti and her three sons, Simone, Alessio and Fabio Cecchetto specialise in sustainable farming across the Valdobbiadene Conegliano region of Italy. The vineyard is close to the village of Rai in San Polo di PIave and grapes are grown here on clay soils at 30 metres above sea level. In production, they always go the extra mile including the use of a long Charmat method and maturation for 30 days in the bottle of their sparkling Icone.
