Organic, biodynamic vineyard on the hills of Tessarolo, 300m above sea level with a south/southwesterly exposition giving it all the qualities of a microclimate, in Piemonte's Gavi DOCG. Giusi Cabella manages the vineyard with precision, skill and a deep understanding of his terroir and his wines. His wines have a vibrancy borne of attention to every small detail, from the hand harvest to making his own natural yeast and only using a very light filtration.
