Australia
Liz Adams grows her Shiraz grapes on 126 year old vines in Langhorne Creek. Heavily concentrated fruits which is picked at optimal ripeness. Vineyard operates entirely using rainwater, which is also pumped to a 10 hectare wood, which was planted to regenerate the local area and add to the biodiversity of their land. This is a real one off, and her wine is drinking well, a testament to her talent, passion and desire to create a wine of great complexity, while retaining a harmonious, fresh feel.
