Brothers Remy and Eric Estrade manage their 90 hectare organic vineyard with impressive attention to detail. The farm spans the clay-limestone hillsides of Gascony, with a temperate climate and good levels of rainfall year on year. Grapes are hand-harvested at perfect ripeness in the early hours of the morning to preserve their freshness. Skin maceration and vinified at low temperatures before spending time on the lees providing a wine that is retains all the character of the grape, and the growers.
