Grower Nicolas Gueusquin is based near Dizy in the Côte des Blancs, where he cultivates his Chardonnay grapes according to sustainable practices and a system of conservation cultivation. He uses traditional methods at his 1er Cru vineyards, including hand harvesting the grapes at optimal ripeness. He uses a blend of 50% old vintage with 50% reserve wine to make his elegant, complex Champagne, which is aged on lattes for 3 years.
